These Terms govern your use of the Sagelift LLC (“SageLift”) website. Services are provided under a separate written proposal, order or agreement, which takes priority over these Terms where they differ.

Website information and pricing

Prices, calculators and estimates on this site are provided for planning. A quote becomes binding only when confirmed in writing by SageLift. Items shown as “Contact Us” are quoted individually. Domain registration fees are billed separately from Machine Setup packages unless stated otherwise.

No guaranteed results

Email deliverability, inbox placement, reply rates, meetings and revenue depend on factors outside our control, including mailbox provider policies, list quality, messaging and recipient behavior. We do not guarantee specific outcomes. Sending-capacity figures and ratios are planning estimates, not guaranteed safe sending limits.

Acceptable use

You agree to use our services only for lawful B2B outreach and to comply with applicable laws and platform policies, including anti-spam and data-protection laws in the countries you contact (for example CAN-SPAM, GDPR, UK GDPR and CASL), and the terms of Google, Microsoft and any sending platform. We may suspend services used for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity.

Third-party services

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as domain registrars, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and cold email tools. Their use is subject to their own terms. SageLift is independent of these providers and is not their official partner unless expressly stated.

Intellectual property

The content and design of this website belong to SageLift. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SageLift is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. The website is provided “as is”.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
